Tuna Tomato Tartare

Ingredients

  • 400 g tuna (very fresh)
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 6 tbsp sesame oil
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 4 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 cucumber salad
  • 200 g whipping cream
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Dice the tuna, tomatoes and spring onions into very fine cubes. Season with lemon juice, sesame oil and soy sauce. Grate the peeled cucumber finely and mix it with the cream, coriander, salt and pepper.

    Arrange the tuna tartare on top of the cucumber cream and serve with toasted olive bread.
