Ingredients
- 400 g very fresh tuna fillet
- 30 g black olives (pitted)
- 1 tbsp capers (jarred)
- 0.5 Red chili pepper
- 1 Shallot
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp finely chopped parsley
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- Sea salt

Instructions

Wash the tuna, pat dry and slice into very thin pieces. Arrange on plates. Chop the olives small and mince the capers. Wash the chili, deseed and finely chop. Peel the shallot and dice finely.

Combine olive oil with olives, capers, chili, parsley and lemon juice. Season with salt. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the tuna and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh parsley as desired.
