Ingredients

  • 250 g very fresh tuna fillet
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tbsp chive rings
  • 1 tbsp pickled capers
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • white pepper
  • 20 g fresh ginger (1 piece)
  • 3 tbsp soy oil
  • 8 toasted white bread slices

Instructions

    Finely chop the tuna fillet. Peel the onion and dice it into very fine cubes. Halve the lemon and squeeze out the juice. Roughly chop the capers. Peel the ginger and grate it very finely, then mix with the oil and lemon juice.

    Add the tuna, onions, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir thoroughly. Spread the tartare onto the bread slices and sprinkle chive rings on top before serving.
