Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp Capers (jarred)
- 4 tuna steaks (pre‑cooked, about 180 g each)
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- lemon thyme (for garnish)
Instructions

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Roughly chop the capers.

Rinse the tuna, pat dry, drizzle with lemon juice and let rest for 15 minutes. In a hot grill pan, sear both sides of the tuna in 2 tbsp olive oil until crisp; season with salt and pepper. Add butter, garlic, and capers, letting them steam together briefly.

Plate the fish on warmed dishes, drizzle with the caper‑garlic butter sauce, and garnish with lemon thyme. Serve with optional baked zucchini blossoms if desired.
