Ingredients

  • 400 g tuna (canned)
  • 3 spring onions
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 0.5 lime (juice)
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Drain the tuna in a sieve and then break it up with a fork. Wash, trim the spring onions and chop the white parts of the onions. Slice the green parts into rings.

    Mix the tuna with mayonnaise, yogurt and the chopped spring onions. Season with lime juice, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the onion rings on top for serving.
