A fresh tuna dip featuring hard boiled eggs and anchovy fillets, served as a flavorful snack from Spoonsparrow.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (hard boiled)
  • 3 anchovy fillets (in salt)
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 300 g canned tuna (in its own juice)
  • Pepper
  • lemon juice (to taste)
  • 100 g crème fraîche

Instructions

    Peel the eggs and cut the egg whites into small cubes. Strain the yolks through a sieve.

    Add the tuna, capers, crème fraîche, and anchovies to a blender and blend until smooth; fold in the strained yolks.

    Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with the egg white cubes and additional capers.
