Ingredients

  • Juice (and grated zest of an untreated lemon)
  • 200 g canned tuna in natural water (1 can)
  • 125 g yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp small capers

    Drain the tuna, then blend it with the yogurt.
