Ingredients
- Juice (and grated zest of an untreated lemon)
- 200 g canned tuna in natural water (1 can)
- 125 g yogurt
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Cayenne pepper
- 2 tbsp small capers

Drain the tuna, then blend it with the yogurt.
