Ingredients
- 3 large red bell peppers
- 1 medium boiled potato
- juice ½ organic orange
- tomato ketchup (3 tbsp each)
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tsp vinegar
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Tabasco
Instructions

Wash the peppers, quarter them, remove all white membranes and dice. Dice the potato. Blend both with the orange juice.

Stir in ajvar, tomato ketchup and oil. Season with vinegar, salt, honey and Tabasco, taste for spiciness. Garnish with fine pepper strips if desired.
