Tuna Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole grain toast
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 60 g cream cheese
  • 1 cucumber
  • 100 g cocktail tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 200 g canned tuna (in its own juice)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Spread the cream cheese on the bread slices. Wash the cucumber, trim the ends and slice it.

    Wash the tomatoes and briefly blanch them in salted water. Shock and drain. Drain the tuna well and flake it. Mix with the tomatoes and olive oil, season with salt and pepper.

    Distribute half of the cucumber slices on the whole grain toast, top with the tuna salad, add another layer of cucumber. Cover with the remaining bread slices (cream cheese side down) and cut diagonally into halves.
