Tuna Sandwich with Olives and Tarragon

Ingredients

  • 200 g canned tuna (in water)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 100 g sour cream (or cream cheese)
  • 1 stalk tarragon
  • 2 tbsp green olives
  • 0.5 small bell pepper
  • 0.5 small onion
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 6 slices mixed bread
  • 3 slices white bread (without crust)

Instructions

    Drain the tuna and break into pieces, combine half with mayonnaise in a blender and puree finely; mix with tuna pieces into sour cream.

    Wash tarragon, dry and chop finely. Chop olives similarly. Clean pepper, deseed, remove membranes, dice very small. Peel onion and dice very small. Add vegetables to tuna mixture and season with salt and pepper.
