Ingredients

  • 4 sesame rolls
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 2 large pickled cucumbers
  • 150 g Camembert
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • arugula
  • paprika powder

Instructions

    Cut the rolls horizontally in half. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and lemon juice, then spread about ¾ of the mixture on the rolls. Wash the tomatoes, trim the stems and slice them; cut the cucumbers diagonally into slices.

    Slice the Camembert. Toast the pumpkin seeds in a dry pan until golden. Rinse, shake off excess water and pat arugula dry. Arrange tomato slices, cheese, cucumber and arugula on the rolls, drizzle remaining mayonnaise over them, sprinkle with pumpkin seeds, dust with paprika powder, place the tops back on and serve.
