Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon flesh
- 1 ripe Mango
- 400 g sushi‑grade tuna
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 0.5 lime (juiced)
- coriander
- 100 g crème fraîche
- 50 g whipped cream
Instructions

Peel the mango and cut the flesh into thick slices, removing the seed. Dice both the mango and watermelon flesh into 1–1.5 cm cubes, deseeding the watermelon pieces as you go.

Cut the tuna into cubes and mix with the fruit, lemon juice, and lime juice. Divide into bowls, garnish with coriander leaves, then fold the whipped cream into the crème fraîche and spoon onto one side of the salad for serving.
