Ingredients
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 2 cans tuna in water (drained weight 150 g each)
- salt (pepper)
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 150 g Sour cream
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 3 tbsp chopped mixed herbs (parsley, dill, chives)
- Tabasco
- 1 tbsp capers
Instructions

Peel the eggs and cut them into quarters.

Wash tomatoes and bell pepper. Quarter the tomatoes. Cut the pepper into quarters, remove seeds, trim inner membranes, and slice crosswise into thin strips.

For the herb sauce whisk sour cream with mayonnaise, heavy cream, and lemon juice until smooth; fold in spices and herbs and season to taste.

Drain tuna and flake it with a fork. Mix tuna with bell pepper, tomatoes, and herb sauce; season with salt and pepper. Plate the tuna salad and garnish with capers and egg quarters.
