Ingredients
- 2 slices fresh tuna (about 200 g)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Lemon juice
- 300 g small boiled peeled potatoes
- 2 onions
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 small rocket

Preheat the grill or set the oven to its highest temperature.

Cut the potatoes in half. Peel the onions, slice into strips and sauté in hot butter until soft; add the potatoes and warm through, seasoning with salt and pepper.

Wash, trim and rinse the salad.

Place tuna steaks on a greased grill grate and grill each side for 2–3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with a little lemon juice.

Arrange the potatoes with onions on a plate, top with some rocket, and place the tuna steaks on top.
