Ingredients

  • 600 g salmon fillet (skinless)
  • 2 tbsp raspberry vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • oil (for the grill rack)

Instructions

    Cut the salmon fillet lengthwise in half and slice crosswise into about 2 cm thick pieces. Mix vinegar, honey, oil, salt and pepper, then coat the salmon with the mixture and let it rest briefly.

    Roll the salmon slices and skewer them on sticks.

    Place the skewers on the oiled rack of a grill that is not too hot and grill for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally.

    Arrange on leafy salad as desired.
