Tuna on Asian Noodles

Ingredients

  • 300 g Capellini
  • Salz
  • 2 red chili peppers
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 1 untreated lime
  • 1 handful coriander leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 4 tuna steaks (about 140 g each)
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to package instructions in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente.

    Clean and wash the chili peppers and spring onions. Chop the chilies and slice the spring onions into small rings. Rinse the lime hot, dry it and zest the peel. Squeeze out the juice. Wash the coriander, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.

    Heat 1 tbsp sesame oil in a large pan and sauté the spring onions and chilies for 1-2 minutes. Toss the drained noodles. Season with soy sauce and lime juice. Add half of the lime zest and the coriander.

    Wash the fish and pat it dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper and grill each side in the remaining oil for 1-2 minutes in a grill pan.

    Distribute the noodles on plates and place the tuna on top of the noodles. Sprinkle with the remaining lime zest and serve immediately.
