Ingredients
- soy sauce
- Wasabi
- 1 nori sheet
- 200 g cooked sushi rice
- 1 tsp wasabi
Instructions
-
1.
Wash the tuna, pat dry and slice into thin strips. Wash the cucumber piece, cut it lengthwise in half, remove seeds with a spoon and cut into thin sticks.
-
2.
Cut the nori sheet lengthwise in half and place one half flat on the work surface (or on a sushi bamboo mat wrapped in plastic if available). Spread half of the sushi rice over the nori sheet with damp hands, leaving about a 1 cm border at the top edge. Spread a thin strip of wasabi across the middle of the rice with your finger. Place half of the tuna strips and cucumber sticks on the wasabi. Brush the free nori edge with a little water. Roll the nori from the bottom side over the filling, tightening slightly. Slice the roll into six equal pieces. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi for dipping as desired.
