- 4 pieces sea hake fillet (about 160 g)
- lemons

- 4 tbsp clarified butter
- 1 Shallot
- lemon slices
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 g crème fraîche
- Salt

- nutmeg
- 1 tbsp dill sprigs
- dill sprigs (for garnish)
Instructions

Drizzle the fish fillets with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Peel and finely chop the shallot, then sauté in hot butter until translucent. Stir in lemon juice and crème fraîche, seasoning with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.

Cook the fish fillets in a large pan over hot clarified butter, about 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.

Stir the dill into the warm sauce.

Plate the fish fillets with the dill sauce and lemon slices on preheated plates, garnishing with dill sprigs. Serve with boiled potatoes and mixed raw bell pepper strips.
