Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in oil (drained weight 80 g)
  • 100 g quark (20%)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)

Instructions

    Drain the tuna and break it up with a fork. Stir in the quark, cream cheese, and tomato paste.

    Rinse the parsley, shake dry, finely chop, and fold into the mixture. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
