Spicy Pepper Dip

Ingredients

• 100 g double cream cream cheese
• 8 tbsp milk
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt
• Pepper
• 1 Tbsp white peppercorns

Instructions

   For the pepper sauce whisk the cheese with milk until smooth.

   Stir in lemon juice and salt and season well with pepper.

   Garnish with the peppercorns.
