Ingredients

  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 2 carrots
  • 120 g tuna (canned, in its own juice)
  • 100 g mayonnaise
  • 100 g yogurt
  • 1.5 tbsp capers (jar, with liquid)
  • 2 tbsp chives rings
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

    Peel the eggs and finely chop them. Peel and grate the carrots. Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork.

    Whisk mayonnaise with yogurt and 1 tbsp of caper liquid, then fold in carrots, capers, eggs, and chives rings. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Serve as a spread on fresh ciabatta.
