- 500 g fresh tuna fillet
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 red chili pepper
- 3 tbsp Lime juice
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- carrot strips (for garnish)

Let the tuna fillet chill briefly, then slice thinly with a sharp knife; if desired, press between plastic wrap to flatten slightly. Arrange on a plate and lightly season with salt and pepper.

Whisk together oil and lime juice, stir in chili, and drizzle over the fish. Serve garnished with carrot strips.
