Ingredients

  • 100 g vegan chocolate
  • 100 g vegan milk chocolate (e.g., with rice milk)
  • 1 untreated lemon (zest)
  • 50 ml Soy cream
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 100 g light cocoa powder (for rolling)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Coarsely chop the two vegan chocolate varieties and melt them in hot water. Add the lemon zest, soy cream, and coconut fat, stirring until a smooth mass forms. Pour into a shallow dish, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.

  2. 2.

Sift cocoa powder onto a plate. Using a teaspoon, scoop small balls from the praline mixture and shape them into spheres between your hands. Roll each ball in cocoa and place on a tray with some space. Repeat until all the mixture is used. Chill the truffles for about 1 hour; they are then ready to enjoy.
