Ingredients

  • 250 g marzipan base
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp rose water
  • 3 tbsp Amaretto
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions

    Knead the marzipan base with the powdered sugar. Add the rose water and amaretto to the mixture and knead until the dough is workable but still moist.

    Form cherry-sized balls from the marzipan dough.

  3. 3.

    Sift the cocoa powder and roll the marzipan balls in it.
