Ingredients

  • 2 trout
  • 1 Lime
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 chili pepper

Instructions

  1. 1.

Wash the trout inside and out, then pat dry. Cut the lime into wedges or slices; place half of them with a few parsley sprigs inside each trout. Finely chop the remaining parsley, peel and finely mince the garlic.

  2. 2.

Mix parsley, salt, pepper, and olive oil; brush the mixture onto the fish. Grill over medium heat for about 4–5 minutes per side, adding the leftover lime wedges to grill as well. Wash, dry, slice the chili pepper into rings, and arrange on top of the trout before serving.
