Crispy trout grilled aromatically – who can resist this simple recipe by Spoonsparrow!

Ingredients

  • 4 ready-to-cook trout
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 sprigs flat parsley
  • 4 sprigs Rosemary
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Wash the trout inside and out, pat dry. Slice the lemon into rounds; place half of them with a sprig of rosemary and parsley in each trout.

    Peel and finely chop the garlic, mix with olive oil, sea salt, and pepper.

    Brush the fish with the garlic oil and grill on a not-too-hot grill for about 8 minutes per side. Serve the crispy trout garnished with the remaining lemon slices.
