Trout in parchment paper

Fish lovers beware: The trout wrapped in parchment paper by Spoonsparrow cooks on the grill especially tender and aromatic.
Ingredients
- 4 trout (about 300 g each)
- 4 sprigs oregano
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- Sea salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 untreated lemon (sliced)
- parchment paper
Instructions

Rinse the trout cold and pat dry with kitchen paper. Salt, pepper inside and out, then brush with olive oil.

Tear parchment paper into 4 large pieces. Place a sprig of oregano and a sprig of rosemary on each piece, lay the fish on top, and seal the parchment.

Grill the trout in parchment on the grill rack over medium heat for about 12 minutes per side. Transfer the foil packets to four plates and carefully open. Serve trout with lemon slices.
