Ingredients

  • 1 Green Chili Pepper
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 blue onion
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 Avocados
  • 3 wheat tortillas

Instructions

    Wash the chili, halve it, remove seeds and inner membranes, and finely chop. Peel the onions and dice them. Blanch the tomatoes, peel, halve, seed, and dice them as well. Mix everything together. Squeeze the lemon, add juice until 2 tbsp remain, season with salt and pepper, and stir in the oil.

    Halve the avocados, remove the pits, peel the skins, and drizzle with the remaining lemon juice.

    Warm the tortillas in a pan or oven, cut them into pieces, and serve with tomato salsa and avocado.
