Ingredients
- 1 onion
- oil (for frying)
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 3 tbsp canned corn
- 1 green bell pepper (sliced)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 leaf cabbage (shredded)
- 8 taco shells (ready-made)
- Cream cheese
Instructions

Peel and finely dice the onion. Heat a pan, add oil, and brown the beef. Add the onion cubes until softened. Stir in tomato paste and simmer with a little water for about 10 minutes over gentle heat. Season with salt and pepper.

Place taco shells on a baking sheet and warm in a preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.

For serving, fill each of the two corn tortillas with beef and vegetables, then add a dollop of cream cheese.
