Chicken Taco

Ingredients
- 50 g taco shells (4 shells)
- 2 small romaine lettuce hearts
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 lemon
- 40 g cheddar cheese
- 480 g chicken breast fillets (4 fillets)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp sweet-spicy chili sauce
- Cayenne pepper
- chili flakes
Instructions

Place taco shells on a baking sheet and warm in the preheated oven according to package instructions.

Meanwhile, wash, trim, and pat dry lettuce leaves. Slice into fine strips. Peel and finely dice onion.

Squeeze half of the lemon. Grate cheddar cheese.

Rinse chicken fillets under cold water, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a grill pan and cook chicken for 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest, then cube and mix with chili sauce, 1–2 tbsp lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt.

Fill taco shells with lettuce, chicken, and onions, then sprinkle with cheddar and chili flakes.
