Ingredients

  • 8 large tomatoes
  • 2 Handfuls Basil
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 125 g firm mozzarella
  • 2 slices toast bread
  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 4 tbsp grated Parmesan
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and cut off a lid from each. Scoop out the insides with a spoon.

    Wash, dry, shake off excess water, and chop the basil.

    Clean the spring onions, trim them, and slice into thin rings.

    Grate the mozzarella.

    Dice the toast finely and mix it with the mozzarella, spring onions, and basil.

    Stir in the breadcrumbs and parmesan, then season everything with salt and pepper.
