- 8 large tomatoes
- 2 Handfuls Basil
- 4 Spring Onions
- 125 g firm mozzarella
- 2 slices toast bread
- 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Wash the tomatoes and cut off a lid from each. Scoop out the insides with a spoon.

Wash, dry, shake off excess water, and chop the basil.

Clean the spring onions, trim them, and slice into thin rings.

Grate the mozzarella.
