Ingredients
- 1 Avocado
- 2 beef tomatoes
- 2 tbsp chives rolls
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tsp mustard (medium sharp)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Pepper
- Lemon zest (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash the avocado, peel it, halve it, remove the pit and cut each half into 6 slices. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem, and slice each into at least 4 nice rounds.

For the dressing whisk mustard with oil and 4 tbsp water until smooth; crush the mustard seeds in a mortar, add them with the chives, peel the garlic, press it through and also add it. Season the dressing with pepper.
