Ingredients
- 1 handful basil
- 2 shallots
- 500 g yellow pear tomato
- 300 g red bottle tomato
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 splash dry white wine
- 3 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Rinse the basil and shake it dry. Pick off the leaves and cut them into fine strips. Peel the shallots and dice finely. Wash both types of tomatoes and halve or quarter them according to size.

Heat the oil and sauté the shallots until translucent. Add the tomatoes and stir in the oil. Deglaze with white wine and balsamic vinegar, seasoning with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the basil over and mix gently.
