Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 tomatoes
- 2 red onions
- 1 handful basil
- 28 mini mozzarella balls (ca. 250 g)
- Salt
- coarse pepper

Peel the garlic clove, halve it and rub the halves onto four plates. Then spread the oil over the plate surfaces. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem ends and slice them into 1 cm thick rounds. Peel the onions, halve them and cut into thin strips.

Wash the basil and pat dry, then drain the mozzarella. Arrange the tomato slices fan‑shaped on the flavored plates, top with mozzarella balls and onion strips. Garnish with basil and grind pepper over.
