Tomato Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 pack (450 g) frozen pizza dough
  • 250 g spinach leaves
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 4 tbsp passata
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp pizza seasoning
  • Salt
  • freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 100 g Bündner meat (thinly sliced)
  • 100 g provolone cheese

Instructions

    Let the pizza dough thaw according to instructions.

    Rinse spinach leaves, wash thoroughly and trim. Roughly chop. Place damp in a pot and wilt until collapsed. Transfer to a sieve and drain well.

    Wash cherry tomatoes and halve them. Mix passata with tomato paste, pizza seasoning, salt and pepper. Roll out dough on lightly floured surface into a round shape. Line a 28-30 cm baking pan, trim the edge cleanly. Brush dough with olive oil and spread tomato sauce over it. Top with spinach, tomatoes and Bündner meat.

    Grate cheese and sprinkle over the top. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3-4, fan: 180°C) for about 25 minutes.
