Ingredients

  • 8 tomatoes (green and red)
  • 400 g small mini mozzarella balls
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Salt
  • ground pepper

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stem ends, and slice them into rounds. Drain the mozzarella.

    Brush four plates thinly with oil and arrange the tomato slices in a circular pattern. Place the mozzarella balls in the center and drizzle with the remaining oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt, grind pepper over it, and serve.
