Ingredients

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes
  • Salt
  • 1 ripe Mango
  • 125 g mozzarella
  • 3 stems fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp wasabi peas
  • 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce (for chicken)
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes, halve them lengthwise and slice into rounds, removing the stem ends. Lightly salt.

    Peel the mango, remove the pit and cut the flesh into bite‑sized wedges.

  3. 3.

    Drain the mozzarella, cut it in half and slice into rounds.

  4. 4.

    Rinse the mint stems, shake dry and pluck off the leaves.

    Arrange tomatoes, mango, mozzarella and mint leaves decoratively on two plates or in two bowls. Mix the sweet chili sauce with lime juice and drizzle over the salad. Roughly chop the wasabi peas and sprinkle on top.
