Ingredients

  • 500 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 red onions
  • 200 g sheep cheese (9% fat)
  • 100 g black pitted olives
  • 2 tbsp freshly chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Wash the tomatoes and cucumber. Halve the tomatoes, quarter the cucumber lengthwise, then dice into small cubes.

    Peel the onions, halve them, and slice into thin strips. Drain the sheep cheese and cut into 1 cm cubes.

    Drain the olives well, then mix with the tomatoes, cucumber, sheep cheese, and parsley.

    Season with salt and pepper, then divide into bowls. Top with onion strips and drizzle with olive oil before serving.
