Ingredients
- 5 tbsp pine nuts
- 75 g basil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 250 g tomatoes
- 80 ml olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions

Lightly toast pine nuts in a dry pan without fat. Wash basil, shake off excess water and tear leaves. Peel garlic cloves. Briefly blanch tomatoes for a few seconds, cool them, peel, quarter and remove seeds.

Blend all ingredients in a blender and season with salt and pepper; taste and adjust.
