Ingredients
- 400 g Tofu
- 400 g canned soybeans
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp light sesame oil
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Crumble the tofu into a bowl. Rinse the soybeans in a sieve and let them drain well. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stems, and slice them into wedges.

Add both to the tofu with the sesame seeds. Whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and pepper. Toss the dressing with the salad and serve.
