- 800 g potatoes (starchy)
- 400 g pickled cucumbers
- 1 white vegetable onion
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 4 tbsp grape seed oil
- Salt
- 2 tbsp basil (cut into strips)
Instructions

Wash the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Slice the pickles into rounds.

Peel the onion and cut it into rings.

Bring the broth to a boil with the mustard seeds, add the onions, then set aside.

Peel the cooked potatoes, let them cool, slice them, add the pickles, pour over the vegetable broth, drizzle oil, season with salt, and sprinkle basil before serving.
