Tofu Vegetable Skewers

Ingredients

  • 6 medium boiled potatoes (peeled)
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 4 celery stalks
  • 300 g smoked tofu
  • 8 long wooden skewers
  • 2 sprigs Basil
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • Salt
  • white pepper

    Peel the potatoes and quarter them. Wash, halve, trim, and cut the bell peppers into pieces. Clean the celery and cut into about 3 cm segments. Dice the tofu. Thread all colorful ingredients onto the eight long wooden skewers. Rinse the basil leaves, shake dry, and pluck the leaves.

    Heat the oil in a large non-stick pan and sear the skewers over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on all sides. Lightly season with salt and pepper, then plate with basil leaves.
