Ingredients

  • 400 g tofu (or halloumi)
  • 2 EL rapeseed oil
  • 1 TL curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp grated organic lemon zest
  • 100 g nut kernels (hazelnuts and cashews)
  • paprika powder

Instructions

    Wash, trim, halve the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for about 15 minutes until slightly firm. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain. Preheat the grill.

    Slice tofu into ~1 cm thick pieces. Mix oil with curry, turmeric and lemon zest and brush onto tofu slices. Toast nuts in a non-stick pan without fat, stirring until fragrant. Grill tofu on both sides for 2-3 minutes each until golden brown.
