Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (large)
  • 120 g smoked salmon (sliced)
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 4 tsp sea hare caviar
  • Spring onion rolls

Instructions

    Hard boil the eggs, cool, peel, and cut in half lengthwise. Slice the salmon into fine strips. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Cut a strip of lemon zest and slice it thinly. Squeeze some lemon juice and mix 1-2 tsp with the shallot and salmon. Place on the egg halves and garnish with caviar, lemon strips, and spring onion rolls.
