Ingredients
- 1 kg rosehip (without seeds)
- 4 lemons
- 700 g honey (or sugar)

Collect ripe but still firm rosehips, preferably not before October 15. Wash the rosehips, cut off stems and flower buds, halve them and remove the seeds (wear gloves!).

Squeeze the lemons, add the rosehips and 100 ml water and simmer until the rosehips are soft. Add honey or sugar and let cool slightly while stirring for about 15 minutes. Press the pulp through a sieve, fill jars, leave for a few minutes, then seal tightly. Store in a cool, dark place.
