Ingredients
- 600 g pork belly
- 2 Bay leaves
- 3 Juniper berries
- 2 onions
- 2 Apples

Sauté the pork belly in a pot with the spices. Peel and finely dice the onion and apples. Once the bits turn yellow, remove the spices and add the apples and onions. Let both lightly brown and transfer to a dish. Do not stir further so the lard does not become grainy.

Serve together with cheese, bacon and bread.
