Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 100 ml whipped cream
- 200 g mascarpone
- 100 g low‑fat quark
- 80 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 30 g Walnuts
- 150 g chocolate cornflakes
- 6 tbsp cold espresso
- 2 tbsp almond liqueur
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions

Beat the cream until stiff peaks form. In a large bowl whisk mascarpone, quark, sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream with a spatula. Chop walnuts finely. Place cornflakes in a freezer bag and crush them roughly with a rolling pin. Mix in walnuts. Stir in espresso and liqueur.

Spoon about 1 tbsp of the walnut‑cornflake mixture into each glass. Drizzle with a little espresso‑liqueur and cover with cream. Top with remaining cornflakes, drizzle with the rest of the espresso‑liqueur, and spread the leftover cream on top. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
