Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp sharp mustard
- 200 ml dark beer
- Pepper
- 1200 g pork neck with bone (4 slices)
- 2 onions
- vegetable oil (for grilling)
- 2 tbsp butter

Peel the garlic and slice it thinly. Mix with the mustard and beer, season with pepper. Rinse the meat, pat dry, then coat well with the mixture in a shallow dish. Cover and let marinate overnight.

The next day remove the meat from the marinade and grill on oiled grates for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally.

Peel the onions and cut into rings. Sauté in hot butter for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Pour in some of the marinade and season with salt and pepper.

Season the pork and serve plated with the onions.
