  • 1 can corn kernels (140 g)
  • 2 cans tuna (natural, 135 g)
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tbsp salad cream
  • 100 g Greek yogurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • 1 ciabatta loaf
  • red beet leaf for garnish

Instructions

    Drain the corn and tuna in a sieve. Wash, clean, and finely dice the bell pepper. Peel and slice the onions into strips.

    Combine the salad cream and yogurt with corn, tuna, bell pepper, and onions; let rest for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
