Ingredients

  • 12 slices toast bread
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 500 g fried chicken breast fillet
  • 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 8 head lettuce leaves
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 8 olives (stuffed with paprika)
  • 8 wooden skewers

Instructions

    Toast the bread in an oven or toaster until golden brown. Spread salad mayonnaise on each slice. Slice the chicken breast into thin pieces. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices. Wash and shake dry the lettuce leaves.

    Season the bread lightly with salt and pepper. On 4 slices spread the lettuce leaves and top with half of the chicken slices. Place another toast slice with the mayonnaise side up on each. Add tomato slices and the remaining chicken. Top with the last bread slice, mayonnaise side down, and press the sandwich slightly. Cut diagonally in half. Secure each half with a wooden skewer and an olive. Arrange on plates and serve.
